QQTube publishes shopping information, including promo codes, code-free deals, product offers, store pages, proof records and editorial guidance. We are not the seller, payment processor, delivery provider or warranty administrator for merchant products.

Offer information can change without notice. The merchant's current page and checkout determine the final price, stock, eligibility, billing, delivery, return and refund terms.

You must be legally able to use the service and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account.

We may limit, suspend or close access when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms or comply with law.

You may browse offers, follow merchant links, use codes for legitimate personal shopping, provide genuine feedback and submit information you have the right to share.

You must not interfere with security, scrape or republish the catalog contrary to law or permission, automate abusive requests, impersonate another party, introduce malicious content, manipulate votes, or submit fabricated offers and reports.

We do not guarantee that every code or deal will work for every visitor. Promotions may depend on region, product, plan, account history, minimum spend, inventory or merchant discretion.

Transactions occur with the merchant. Any order, payment, delivery, refund, warranty or product dispute must be handled under that merchant's terms.

Some links can produce a commission if an eligible action occurs. This normally does not add a charge to the visitor. Affiliate status does not guarantee publication, placement, verification or a favorable description.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant the service a non-exclusive permission to host, review, format, display and use it to operate and improve the relevant feature. You confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading or abusive.

We may edit, reject, remove or preserve submissions and associated audit information as required for quality, security and legal compliance.

The site's original design, text, software and compilation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Merchant names, product images, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Nothing in these terms grants a right to use another party's marks beyond lawful identification and reference.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free data, a particular saving, merchant acceptance or the availability of any offer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QQTube is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a listing, third-party service or merchant transaction. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes are reflected by the reviewed date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
