The rules that protect clarity, independence and shopper trust.
Reviewed August 23, 2026
This policy explains how QQTube turns source material into shopper-facing information. Our editorial goal is clarity supported by evidence—not inflated claims, artificial urgency or the largest possible offer count.
01
Editorial independence
Affiliate relationships can fund the service, but they do not buy a positive verification label, guaranteed placement or immunity from correction. Publication decisions are based on source permission, safety, completeness, relevance and the site's current review policy.
Commercial teams, merchants and networks may supply facts or request corrections. Editorial status remains a separate decision recorded by the platform.
02
Offer selection
Useful to shoppers
A record should describe a real code, price, product offer, plan or meaningful merchant promotion.
Traceable source
The provider, merchant or submission trail must be identifiable.
Safe destination
Public actions must resolve through an accepted merchant or affiliate path.
Clear enough to represent
Unsupported banners, utility links and vague campaign assets are not treated as complete offers.
Current under known evidence
Explicitly expired or withdrawn records are not presented as current savings.
03
Titles and descriptions
Provider titles can be technical, repetitive or built for an advertising system rather than a shopper. Editors and automation may create concise titles that identify the product or plan and state only supported savings.
The original provider title and description remain source evidence. A manual editorial edit can be locked so later imports update source facts without silently overwriting approved shopper-facing language.
04
Rankings and presentation
Ordering may consider recency, publication status, evidence, Guru Score, supported discount, relevance, availability and page context. Newest-first sections use publication or discovery timing as configured.
We do not represent a paid relationship as an objective “best” ranking. Sponsored placement, if introduced, must be visibly labeled and must still comply with safety and publication rules.
05
Automation and human judgment
Automation helps normalize fields, detect duplicates, classify categories, validate destinations and maintain expiry. It should not manufacture evidence or publish an unsupported claim merely to complete a card.
Human review is used where context matters: geographic scope, ambiguous terms, offer variants, editorial wording and evidence level. Automated output remains subject to correction.
06
Images and trademarks
Images may come from an authorized provider feed, product source, merchant logo or an editorial upload the operator has permission to use. A missing offer image may fall back to a store identity; it must not be replaced with an unrelated product image.
Merchant names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify stores and offers.
07
Corrections and removals
When a material error is confirmed, we may edit, hold, expire, reject or archive the affected record. Reports should identify the exact listing and explain what changed.
We do not promise an individual response time, but the system preserves review and source information so corrections can be evaluated consistently.
08
Reviews, comparisons and guidance
Editorial guides must distinguish observed facts from opinion. A Guru Score, community result or comparison table should explain what it measures and should not imply laboratory testing or guaranteed savings unless that evidence genuinely exists.
The merchant's current product page and checkout remain authoritative for price, stock, eligibility, billing, delivery and refund terms.
