Where account tools provide an export or deletion action, using the authenticated account route is usually the clearest way to connect the request with the correct user.
Depending on the data held and applicable law, a request may ask for access, export, correction or deletion of personal information associated with an account or direct interaction with QQTube.
Some information may need to be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling or legitimate audit records.
If the relevant controls are available, start from Dashboard → Settings while signed in. An authenticated request can reduce the need to send additional identity information through a general message.
Follow the instructions shown in the account interface for the request type available to you.
If you cannot use the account tools, use Contact Us and explain the request. Provide only enough information to locate the relevant account or interaction safely.
We may need reasonable verification before disclosing or deleting personal information so that one person cannot obtain or erase another person's data.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, copies of identity documents or highly sensitive information unless the service explicitly requests a necessary and secure verification step. A general contact form is not intended for unnecessary sensitive documents.
If additional verification is required, the safest available method should be used.
QQTube does not control all data processed after a shopper leaves for a merchant, affiliate network or other third-party service. Requests about an order, payment, merchant account or third-party tracking may need to be directed to the relevant provider.

A deletion request may not remove anonymized statistics or records that no longer identify the requester.
