Our target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target where practical. Conformance can change as content, integrations and browser behavior evolve, so we welcome reports of real barriers.
Our approach to usable content, keyboard access and ongoing improvement.
QQTube aims to provide a shopping-information experience that can be used by people with diverse abilities, devices and assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing product responsibility, not a one-time badge.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target where practical. Conformance can change as content, integrations and browser behavior evolve, so we welcome reports of real barriers.
Navigation, forms, dialogs and primary actions should be operable without a mouse.
Interactive controls should provide a clear focus indicator.
Text and controls are designed with contrast and legibility in mind.
Pages should reflow across desktop, tablet and mobile without horizontal scrolling.
Non-essential motion should respect reduced-motion preferences.
Headings, landmarks, labels and meaningful control text support assistive navigation.
Deal cards use text labels in addition to color for discount, evidence and status. Images should have useful alternative text or be treated as decorative when they add no information.
Unknown terms should be stated in words rather than represented by an ambiguous blank or unsupported “0%” value.
The service is intended to work with current mainstream browsers, operating-system accessibility features and common screen readers. Older or highly customized combinations may behave differently.
Third-party merchant pages, embedded services and externally supplied documents are controlled by their owners and may not meet the same accessibility target.
Automated tests can find some issues, but cannot replace keyboard, zoom and assistive-technology review. We prioritize barriers affecting navigation, forms, account access, offer comprehension and core outbound actions.
As the site changes, components and content should be reviewed for focus order, labels, contrast, zoom, text spacing and responsive behavior.
Use Contact Us and describe the page, control, device, browser and assistive technology involved. If possible, include what you expected to happen and an alternative way we can provide the information.
We do not promise a fixed resolution time, but useful reports help us reproduce, prioritize and correct barriers responsibly.
